The Campbell Creek Village rehabilitation project renewed Harbor Pines and West Harbor Pines in Boothbay Harbor, and provides affordable housing for families and seniors.  The community has undergone significant renovations in 2012 and early 2013 to completely remodel apartment interiors and exteriors.  Campbell Creek Village is conveniently located in close proximity to banking, shopping, entertainment and employment opportunities, making this an ideal place to live.

Campbell Creek Village is a very successful and important rural affordable housing project in a beautiful coastal town which exemplifies the positive effect rural development programs have. 

Campbell Creek Village reinvigorated a prior investment in affordable housing, sustained affordable housing availability in a coastal, high rent area, and was a reinvestment in the community on the whole.
