Cindy Cookson House, located on Friendship Way in Ellsworth, provides permanent supportive housing for eight (8) individuals and families who were homeless before they moved into the complex.  This project is a joint collaboration between Community Housing of Maine, which developed, owns, and manages the property; Community Health and Counseling Services, which provides case management and community support to assist each resident ensuring that their individual goals are achieved; and the Emmaus Homeless Shelter, which provides referrals and support services to the individuals who now call this property their home.
