The FUSE Collaborative is made up of a diverse network of partners representing housing, homelessness, healthcare, behavioral health, outreach, corrections, public safety, and other community systems. The member list below reflects the organizations and individuals who work together to coordinate housing stability strategies for people experiencing chronic homelessness and those with the most complex and acute needs.

While not every member is able to attend every meeting, each organization remains an important part of the collaborative. Members contribute unique expertise, system knowledge, and resources that strengthen coordination, remove barriers, and improve housing stability.
