CHOM's supportive housing communities combine affordable housing with connections to services and supports that help people thrive. We partner with organizations throughout Maine to identify referrals and support residents as they move into and maintain housing.
Available supportive housing vacancies that are not currently being filled through an active referral process will be listed below and updated monthly.
